The SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER is responsible for the company’s social media presence. This includes posting engaging content to STAY HOME NETWORK ,Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels on a regular basis. The SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER also provides a human element to the company’s interactions with followers and has the ability to react to questions and comments in real-time.
Responsibilities:
Regularly post engaging content to Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms
Provide customer support and answer questions in real-time
Monitor brand mentions and respond accordingly
Track analytics including fan growth/engagement, likes, shares/retweets, follower growth/engagement
Report on all social media activity
Create content calendars with deadlines for posting content on different networks
Posting content including images, GIFs, videos and text posts
Participating in contests and giveaways both sponsored by the company
