A
hollow brass heating die that is shaped as per the lip of the cup is used;
therefore on sealing, a perfect circular ring seal is generated that is strong
enough to handle all kinds of rough handling during transport. The manual cup
sealer can handle two sizes of the diameter of the cup, which are 73mm and 95
mm. We can fabricate cup sealers for non-standard cup diameters, however these
are make-to-order items .
