Manual Cup Sealer Machine

Plastic cups are widely used to fill water, juices and dairy products like yogurt and buttermilk. The manual cup sealing machine provides foil sealing solution for those customers who have a production requirement of about 300-320 cups per hour.

A hollow brass heating die that is shaped as per the lip of the cup is used; therefore on sealing, a perfect circular ring seal is generated that is strong enough to handle all kinds of rough handling during transport. The manual cup sealer can handle two sizes of the diameter of the cup, which are 73mm and 95 mm. We can fabricate cup sealers for non-standard cup diameters, however these are make-to-order items .
